Education & Advanced Mediation Training

In addition to graduating cum laude: with a Juris Doctoral Degree from the University Of San Diego, California in 1971, Brian adds to his scholastic accomplishments post-graduate mediation courses. These studies include 40 hours of Mediation Skills training from Northwestern University in Chicago, 20 hours of Advanced Mediation Skills training from the University of Idaho School of Law, 20 hours from Pepperdine School of Law and a number of other mediation courses from the California State Bar Association.

MEMBERSHIPS, PANELS & RATINGS: Brian is admitted to practice law in California and Idaho. He is a member of the national panel of neutrals for the American Arbitration Association and a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution. He is also a member of the Mediator Roster on the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho and of the Roster of Civil Mediators for the Idaho Supreme Court. Brian is an A-V rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
